Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3K) training plays a proactive role in increasing awareness and preventing work accidents in the construction environment. This research uses a qualitative approach to explore how active K3K training contributes to increasing awareness of risks and preventing work accidents in the construction sector. Through in-depth interviews with workers, supervisors and K3K experts, we identified strategies, insights and best practices used to optimize the impact of K3K training in creating a safer and healthier work environment in the construction sector.
