This study examines the impact of internal conflict and communication quality on the performance efficiency of production team members within the EDT Division. Through a mixed-method approach, data was collected via surveys and interviews among team members. Statistical analysis was conducted to explore the relationships between internal conflict, communication quality, and performance efficiency. Findings suggest that reduced internal conflict and enhanced communication quality positively influence the performance efficiency of production teams. The implications underscore the importance of fostering a harmonious work environment and improving communication channels within the division to optimize team performance.
